Shipment of your parcel

Packages are generally sent by  Poste Italiane for delivery to the Italian territory including islands, and with TNT for deliveries outside the Italian territory.

Delivery with Poste Italiane includes two options.

- Ordinary Package, with delivery within 4 working days at a cost of 9 euros

- Celere package with 1 business day delivery at 12.90 euros

Outbound deliveries with TNT are provided with express delivery service within 1 or 2 business days , with country-specific tariffs.

 Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your online package.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. We recommend that you group your items in one order. There is no way to group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one.

Boxes are large enough and your articles are well protected.

Right of withdrawal

Transformer follows the consumer's rules on purchase contracts outside the business premises (DL n. 50 of 15/01/1992 n. 85/577 / CEE) which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right OF WITHDRAWAL, in particular, anyone who buys a product and remains unsatisfied with the purchase can exercise its right by sending a Mail to: fabio@transformer.cloud.

 Thereby activating the practice and, most importantly and mandatory, for the right to be exercised, by sending a RECOMMENDED as provided for by law, as a hard copy of the decision to withdraw, to the following address:

The buyer must inform us of the decision to avail of the right of withdrawal not later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Transfomer will promptly contact the customer to decide how to repay. Refunds will be paid only after the amount of the delivered goods has been collected and will be made according to the terms agreed with the customer, so the buyer will have to inform us of the above procedures in order to complete the redemption procedure.

For the online purchase and the right of withdrawal, the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Return

If the customer receives the package with obvious signs of tampering with the packaging, at the time of receipt he will have to raise the appropriate objections to the courier; In this case, Transformer will reimburse the amount paid and surrender the product at its own expense. We will not accept any claims for damage caused during the transport without the appropriate claim  to   courier as below.

If the customer feels that the product does not respect the features and conditions listed on the product page on the online platform, he will send mail to Transformer indicating the non-conformities found. If the objections are grounded, Transformer will refund the amount paid and the product yield at its own expense.
